Blizzard Entertainment has recently unveiled its post-launch plans for the highly anticipated action RPG, Diablo 4, set to release on June 6th, 2023. The plans include the introduction of quarterly Seasons, Battle Passes, and an in-game cosmetic shop to provide players with an ever-evolving gameplay experience.

Starting from July, Diablo 4 will implement Seasons as part of its post-launch content plan. These quarterly updates will introduce fresh concepts and ideas to the world of Sanctuary, offering new challenges and rewards for players. Seasons have been a fan-favorite in the Diablo series, with players expressing their desire for more seasonal support.
Blizzard’s post-launch plans also include the introduction of Battle Passes, which will be available in three different versions: Free, Premium, and Accelerated. The Premium Battle Pass, priced at $9.99 or 1,000 Platinum, will unlock tiers that provide unique cosmetics and Platinum currency. For players seeking a more expedited experience, the Accelerated Battle Pass, costing $24.99 or 2,800 Platinum, offers all perks of the Premium Pass, 20 Tier Skips, and an exclusive cosmetic.

In addition to Seasons and Battle Passes, Diablo 4 will feature an in-game cosmetic shop where players can purchase class-specific cosmetics, allowing for greater customization and personalization of their characters. The shop will offer rotating cosmetics and use Platinum as the premium currency.
